How parcels find you

Orders are placed and fulfilled on the site of our retail partner, not here. A price click moves you onto the partner’s pages, and everything after that, payment, packing and the courier, is the partner’s work.

Delivery options, their cost and the dates are laid out at the partner’s checkout while the order is still open, calculated for your address and for what sits in the basket. This catalog does not see or set any of those numbers, which is also why no delivery promises are quoted anywhere on these pages.

If a parcel is late or arrives damaged, the order page at the retail partner has the tools to sort it out, and its support team answers on the partner’s schedule.
